When nervous post punk bass lines meet a jerky drum machine and emblematic new wave synthesizers: we present TOTAL RESISTANCE. Influenced by the abundant post punk of the early 80s (New Order, Gang of Four, Gary Numan) or by more recent groups like Lebanon Hanover or the Belarusian Molchat Domat, TOTAL RESISTANCE cheerfully mixes modern post punk and coldwave. Harvey's voice, warm and frontal at first, willingly plunges into the dark waters of ethereal darkness, while Samuel's synths oscillate between industrial aridity and melodic new wave.
